The Business Show 2025 Competition - Terms and Conditions
To enter the prize draw to win £100 Amazon Voucher, you must enter the competition at The Business Show and provide your name, your business name and email address. You do not need to be a customer of iwoca to enter. No current employees of iwoca can enter the prize draw.
The survey and prize draw are open until 5:00pm on 13/11/25. The first entrant to guess the PIN will be selected to win. If no entrant guesses the correct number, the closest numerical number will win. In the event that two or more entrants guess an equally close number, a random number generator will be used to select a winner.
The winner will be contacted by the email provided on or before 13/12/25 (so keep an eye on your inbox for an email from iwoca). If your contact details change after submission of your entry, it is your responsibility to notify us by emailing marketing@iwoca.co.uk. If you are the winner and you do not respond to the email within 14 days of the date of the email being sent by iwoca, we will choose another random entry to win the prize and your rights to the prize will become void after this 14-day period. Additionally, if you are unable to take up your prize for any reason, iwoca reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner chosen at random, in which case, you will no longer be eligible for any share of the prize.
We will not substitute the prize for a cash alternative. The prize is strictly non-transferable to another person.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and require them to return the prize they may have won. Entrants must only enter the competition once and must use their legal name and not be part of a syndicate, group, society and not on behalf of any other person.
iwoca reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize without notice. We may do so by amending this page without notifying you so it is advisable that you check this page from time to time. In such circumstances, iwoca has the sole discretion to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.
The terms of this prize will be delivered under the terms of the United Kingdom’s laws and regulations. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts regarding any claims, disputes or obligations (including any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it).
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to win the prize.
