What if I use a different ecommerce or accounting provider?
We’re always working on new integrations. If you can’t find your platform let us know using this form or use our API to create something bespoke.
How can I build a custom integration?
If you’re looking for an automated payment solution for customers on your online store, we have an API. Check out our API docs
Do I need a development team to use the plugins?
You don’t need any technical expertise or developers to integrate with iwocaPay using our plugins. But you will if you use our custom API integration.
Either way you’ll always have your account manager, supporting documents and our technical team to help you every step of the way.
What happens if I want to disconnect an integration from iwocaPay?
It’s easy - you just head to the integrations page in your iwocaPay dashboard and hit the ‘disconnect’ button. As soon as you do it’ll remove iwocaPay from that ecommerce or accounting platform.
How long does it take to integrate with iwocaPay?
Usually integrating with iwocaPay takes no more than 1 day. We’ve designed our integrations to be super simple - in some cases it’s just a few clicks.
If you’re building a custom API integration it usually takes about 2 weeks.
Can I use more than one integration with iwocaPay?
Yes - you can use as many as you like, they won’t interfere with each other.
