For us, this is a milestone worth celebrating, but more than anything it’s a moment to say thank you! Every review comes from a small business owner who’s taken the time to share their experience with us. This feedback helps shape how we work, guides us to improve, and showcases what we keep doing well. We don’t take it for granted.

A special shoutout to our Customer Success team

If you’ve ever read our Trustpilot reviews (and yes, we read every single one!), you’ll notice one theme that comes up again and again: our customer success team.

Whether they’re guiding you through the application process, explaining how our business loans work, or simply being available when needed, our team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our customers have everything needed to confidently take out finance. We’re especially proud that so many five-star reviews mention team members by name, a true sign of meaningful service.

Since launching iwoca in 2012, we’ve ensured that every single customer, no matter their size, has access to a dedicated account manager. We still answer most calls within 60 seconds, and our customers know they can always reach a real person when it matters.

Our account managers aren't the only iwocans our customers have access to. Our trade credit team, iwocaPay, often gets recognition for the support they provide to our direct customers, but also for the support we extend to their buyers. Our collections team is often recognised for handling tough moments with care, empathy and respect.

Listening, learning and always improving

Not every review is five stars, and when we fall short, we take it to heart. We always listen and respond to these reviews, and do our best to make things right. We value these insights as much as we celebrate every five star review. These are the reviews that help shape how we improve and grow.

Around 100,000 businesses funded

In the last 13 years, we’ve funded around 100,000 SMEs across the UK and Germany. Many of these businesses might not have been able to secure funding elsewhere, or were unable to get the amount they needed. That’s a responsibility we take seriously. 

The businesses we work with are the engine that drives the British economy. They’re creators, builders, entrepreneurs, problem-solvers, and employers. They’re often stretched for time, under pressure, and deeply committed to what they do. When they put their trust in us to help them fund their ambitions, we aim to meet that with attentiveness, transparency, and access to real support.

We're well on our way to achieving our mission of funding 1,000,000 SMEs, but there's still a long way to go. We’ll keep listening, keep improving, and keep doing everything we can to support small businesses across the UK.
